This is Portable Photoshop CS4. I have gone around and collected many addons and well over 500 custom brushes for it.In Vista/ Windows 7, just run the "PhotoshopPortable.exe" as administrator. In XP, just run it normal.Photoshop should open up and run for you without problem, as it is already extracted and installed right there in the files for you.
